Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 8 business days from the time of purchase.

Multiple Items Orders

• No order splitting: You will receive the full order at once, or you must return it to the courier if not all items are acceptable.
• Exchange Policy: If the size is not suitable, exchange is allowed within 24 hours for the same style. New shipping charges will apply for exchanges.
• No returns after the courier has left.

Order Refusal or Non-Receipt

• If the order is not received for any reason, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. The courier will not collect the shipping fee upon refusal of the order.
