Return & Exchange

You can inspect your order upon delivery to check the fabric and ensure there are no defects.
No returns are accepted after the courier leaves.
If the order is refused or not received, the customer must pay the shipping cost via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay—the courier will not collect the fee.

Exchange is allowed only for size issues and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The exchange must be for the same style, and a new shipping fee will apply.

No cash refunds are provided.
